GOAL: 5 rft of 6x ring muscleups, 25ft handstand walk, 8 HSPU

ACTUAL: 4 rounds + 9 of 
  • 6 ring row + 6 bench dips
  • 15 knee pushups
  • 4 wall walks (hell yeah I did these!)
